Mary Bonds is a talented needlepoint artist specializing in canvas and linens. Her primary focus is on antique reproduction needlework, and she particularly enjoys working with linens and silk threads. Passionate about abstract art, Mary has a special admiration for pieces created by local artists. Originally from Southaven, she now resides in Senatobia. With 20 years of involvement in the Sycamore Arts Council, Mary has contributed in various roles on the board.

Mary is a graduate of The University of Mississippi and currently teaches in the Biological Sciences Department at Northwest Mississippi Community College. She is also a board-certified microbiologist. In addition to her artistic and academic endeavors, Mary has served as a board member for several organizations, including the Rotary Club, Memphis Horticulture Club, Tate County Fair Board, Northwest Mississippi Community College Alumni Board, and the Junior Auxiliary of Tate County.
