The Katherine Gabbert Art Scholarship is awarded annually to graduating seniors in Tate county to further their art studies. The 2025 recipients are: Nathan Yount (pictured) from Strayhorn High, Jacqulyn Porter and Raymond Thompson from Senatobia High School. Sycamore Arts is grateful for the support of First Financial Bank, First Security Bank, and Guaranty Bank to continue this program. We wish much success to this year’s honorees.

Andy Ratliff – Entertainer

Andy Ratliff recently performed for the residents of the Senatobia Convalescent Center courtesy of the Sycamore Arts Council. Residents were thoroughly entertained and Andy is a true gem of a musician playing anything that has strings. You can reach Andy through the Senatobia Arts Council.

Our mission is to encourage new and existing organizations to foster new artistic experiences within the community and to make cultural activities and arts education accessible to all.

Sycamore Arts is a growing non-profit arts agency serving Tate and surrounding counties. In addition to offering programs as a part of an annual presentation season, SA works with area schools, churches, and civic organizations to provide arts education programs, youth summer camps and artistic residencies.
